Advance Magazine recently asked readers what made them decide to become an OT.  Here are a few of their responses:

  • “I wanted to give someone what an OT gave me…hope.  (I have a son with PDD-NOS) Besides, I love to take off my shoes and play.” -Carol Marcantonio, OT
  • “I liked the idea of “therapeutic use of self”. Now I have a creative outlet to share the joy.” -Barbara Magnatta
